This popular Essex food fair event marks the beginning of the season at Cressing Temple Barns in Essex for organisers, Oakleigh Fairs. It’s a good excuse to get out of the house and shake off the winter blues! Many exhibitors are inside the historic barns but there will also be Gazebos and Marquees pitched outdoors. We’re sure you will see some Gazebos Galore customers displaying their products from one of their robust shelters.

Top tips for exhibitors:
If you are thinking of exhibiting at the Essex Food Fair, you may want to consider the following:
1. Pitch prices start from £150 for a 20ft x 20 ft outdoor space.
2. Book early to get your required pitch
3. Ensure you have plenty of stock.
4. Be prepared! Take lots of business marketing material – cards, flyers, price lists etc. You will have plenty of potential customers.
5. Equipment check! Make sure you have checked all your equipment ahead of the weekend. Now is the time to set your Gazebo up in the garden and carry out some maintenance . Make sure your gazebo is in tip top condition and ready to provide you with a first class shop front. If not, maybe now is a good time to invest in a new shelter!
