Delivery & Shipping Charges
SAME DAY DISPATCH*: England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands.
We ship on a next working delivery service* for all stock items ordered & processed by 09:30am Monday to Friday. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) anytime up to 5pm; we are not able to give you an estimated time of arrival. .
Orders placed after 09:30am Monday to Friday, at weekends and on bank holidays will be processed the next working day for same day dispatch. Orders for 4m x 4m , 4m x 6m and 4m x 8m sizes are shipped on oversized pallets and therefore may take up to 48 hours to dispatch.
Some parts of Scotland can take 48 hours or more. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the rest of Europe will take around 3-5 working days.
* Once an order has been handed over to the courier or freight company, we are reliant on the company and cannot guarantee next day delivery. It is unusual not to achieve this next day.
General Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary based on the total weight and size of the items ordered. A 3m x 3m commercial frame, canopy and sidewalls will cost around £19.95 + VAT to a UK mainland address.
Accurate shipping charges are calculated at the checkout once you have entered delivery address details and will be based on the total consignment weight and size.
For items over 60 KG, and for items shipped on an oversized pallet, shipping costs can vary. For an accurate delivery cost, please submit a quote for the items that you are interested in and we will respond to you the same day.
Please check the size and weight of your delivery. If the delivery cannot be made due to site access issues, further charges may apply.
Delivery Information
The following list outlines important information about our delivery service, your responsibilities and other special instructions for our larger industrial gazebos. Please take time to read through this list and contact us if anything is not clear.
- This is a business to business service and goods will be delivered during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
- We are not able to give an estimated time of arrival.
- Goods must be signed for at the point of delivery. We cannot accept instructions to leave the goods if the occupier is out unless we have special instructions to do so.
- Where special instructions are provided, goods are delivered at your own risk and we accept no liability where goods have not been signed for.
- Depending on the total consignment weight, delivery might be via a pallet service.
- The 4m x 4m, 4m x 6m & 4m x 8m gazebo sizes are shipped on oversized pallets using a specialist freight service. Costs vary for this service depending on location.
- Any access or site restrictions at the delivery location must be advised at time of order before shipment.
- Recipients must sign for the correct number of packages and note any damage to packaging or contents with the delivery driver
- All items must be checked and inspected thoroughly upon arrival.
- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of goods arrival.
- This is a business to business sale. If a consumer wishes to buy from us they accept the B2B and not B2C rules.
- All return requests must be made via the return request form on the website.
- Returns will only be accepted where incorrect items supplied or delivered damaged.
- Any items accepted for return must be unused and returned in original packaging.
- Refunds for returned items will only be issued once the items have been received and inspected.

Do you allow collections?
We generally ship from our warehouse direct to you. This saves both time and costs and ensures we can offer the best possible prices.
Occasionally, we can make an exception and arrange collections from our office in Essex. We cannot, though, allow collections direct from the warehouse, no matter how close you are. The warehouse is in a secure area and only authorised personnel are allowed access. Unauthorised persons are not insured.
