When you first erect your gazebo, we would suggest you fix the canopy to the frame. To do this, you need to remove the plastic mushroom from the top of the frame, place the canopy peak over the frame and then replace the mushroom by pushing it through the small hole in the canopy peak and locate back into the frame itself. This not only secures the canopy when folding it away, but also makes it waterproof at the peak.

Erecting a pop up gazebo looks like a very simple process and it is. Our standard gazebos are of lighter weight construction than our commercial or industrial gazebos and can be set up by one person. Our commercial and industrial gazebos are more robust and we would recommend setting these up with 2 people. Installation is very quick and can be made even easier if you follow a few pieces of advice when you put your gazebo up for the first time. Take a look at our guide for more details on setting up your gazebo.

Yes you can but, whilst this will save time when setting up your gazebo, it will depend on how you transport it. We do not recommend leaving the canopy on the frame if the gazebo is to be transported lying down. This is to prevent friction between the frame and the canopy material which may damage the material.
The canopy must also be fully dry before taking down for transport or storage.
All of our commercial gazebo frames are supplied with a wheelie storage bag for safe storage of the frame. The bag wheels mean that the frame can be moved more easily. Our standard and industrial gazebo frames are supplied with a slipover cover bag. This will allow you to store the frame with the canopy attached, as it fits over the frame and canopy to keep it clean and dust free. If you have purchased gazebo side walls, we can also supply wall storage bags for safe keeping.
Take a look at our article on how to store your gazebo when not in use.
We recommend using a sponge or soft brush/broom with warm soapy water to gently wash the material. It is very important that the material is completely dry before it is packed away.
We also recommend that you first test a small non visible area of your gazebo first.
Yes. We can print your logo, graphics, name, web address or product details on the canopy roof panels, valances or side walls, this can be achieved at relatively little cost and will definitely help to get your gazebo to stand out above the crowd.
If it is a simple single line text, then the best place is to print is on the canopy valance. This is very cost effective and will give your message good visibility to passing customers. The print method that would be used would be Heat Press Vinyl which gives an excellent adhesion to the canopy fabric and will not peel off.
Full colour logos with detailed designs can be printed on to a roof panel to give high up visibility. For this, we would digitally print your logo / graphic on to a PF substrate which is then heat pressed on to the canopy material for a permanent seal.
We can also do “Full Over” prints where the complete canopy and side walls are printed with full graphics text and graphics. This would be produced using a dye sublimation process where the print inks are infused directly into the covering fabric.
Delivery for custom printed gazebos is usually around 14 days following receipt of approved artwork. Read more about our gazebo printing service here.

It is very important to consider where you will be positioning your Gazebo to ensure your printed areas are highly visible. (It would be a waste to pay for digitally printed side walls if your gazebo will be tightly surrounded by other structures). The most prominent print areas are the Canopy Valances and Roof Panels. The top half of the Inside back Wall is also easily visible.

All our gazebos are supplied with pegs and guy ropes to secure the gazebo when set up. However, you must decide if some form of gazebo weight should be added to the gazebo to give it extra stability in windy conditions. On soft ground, pegs alone may be sufficient under normal light wind conditions, but if your gazebo is to be secured properly, especially on hard ground, then some form of additional downforce gazebo weight will be required.
You should always carry out a risk assessment to determine if it is safe to use your gazebo.
We can supply gazebo weights for extra gazebo security. Take a look at our gazebo weight options. All available to order online.
Our heavy duty gazebos are extremely robust and it is unlikely that any parts will break provided they are handled, stored and used correctly. However, we do supply spare parts for all our frames and therefore you never need to worry about replacing a part should something get broken.
