Some quick notes
- We run an honest business and comply with the law
- We are people, we shop like everyone else and we don’t like to be misled. If you think something here is wrong, let us know. We will want to fix it and may even reward you for it!
- Please be careful with your account, use a good password and keep it safe. If you need advice on this, we can help. Your security is our reputation
- We hate people that pass on our information to third parties. We will never do this with your information
- If you want your account closed and all data removed, we can do this and it isn’t hard. We don’t charge for it and it can generally be done the same day
- We take security seriously. This site has full SSL (see the https part in the address bar and the padlock (browsers vary on where this is)).
- We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).
- Gazebos Galore™ is a trade mark of Temerity Media Ltd.
- We are a Business to Business seller. This means that our Full Terms and Conditions are for businesses and not consumers. If a consumer wishes to buy from us they accept the B2B and not B2C rules.
- We supply to Local Government, Military, Schools, Boot sale traders, Market traders, Charities, Small businesses, Large Businesses, Self Employed and any other business like operation.
- We do not take cash payments. All sales are accompanied by an invoice showing full VAT details.
Warranty
The Gazebos Galore warranty does not cover damage caused to its products by adverse weather, wind, rain or other forces of nature, and including accidents, improper assembly or disassembly or adjustment during set-up or take down, or any abuse, misuse or neglect by the user.
Our structures are not permanent structures and should not be left unattended for prolonged periods of time. We do not advise you assemble or disassemble the structure during adverse weather conditions. Damage caused by incorrect use or incorrect anchoring of structures in adverse weather or through improper use will not be covered by our warranty.
Lifetime Bracket Warranty (Proof of purchase required and we reserve the right to charge delivery on these spare parts).
Phone
All calls are automatically recorded by our phone system. This is to ensure accuracy of orders and confirmatory information on payments. We do not share this information.
Printing
Printing takes time and therefore it is imperative that print orders are received in good time. As a general rule, vinyl prints will take up to 14 working days but often 10 – 12 days and full digital prints will take up to 21 working days but often less. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and last minute orders should be avoided.
Printed items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
