Customers ask, what is the best gazebo for their intended use. We often receive calls asking for Gazebo buying advice for specific situations. It’s true that we offer a wide range of choice for our customers. For a start, we have 3 different ranges. Within those ranges are several different size options. We are always happy to discuss our customers unique requirements and offer appropriate guidance. However, many calls follow a similar vein. We thought it might be useful to share some general advice on the most regular subjects.
What is the best gazebo for…
A Family Garden Party?
Our 2.5m x 5m Standard Gazebos are a good size for garden patios. The shorter side length is popular with our customers who have a limited space but still require plenty of length.
Covering a Hot Tub?
Although hot tubs come in different sizes, our 3mx 3m shelters seem to be suitable for all. Customers want a Gazebo they can leave up for long periods of time so we would ideally suggest our Industrial model. Our Commercial model would also be a good option.**
A Catering Stand?
Our 3m x 3m Commercial Gazebos are perfect for these customers. The aluminium frames are 48mm wide and very strong but they are still lightweight enough for easy transportation. The canopy and walls material are waterproof and flame retardant to BS 7837/1996.
We would also recommend our rain awning canopy which provides shelter for any food on display at the front of the stand.
Our printed half walls are also a great addition to catering stalls and form a “counter” effect.
The most effective areas for printing are the front roof and valance areas and also the inside back wall.
A Charity Gazebo?
Although charities are on a tight budget with funds coming from grants or fundraising efforts, we recommend they go for at least the Commercial model. This is to ensure product longevity and value for money, especially if printing is applied. The size depends on the available pitching area and intended use. However, the most popular size is the 3m x 3m. This size is perfect for most uses and is not too heavy/large to transport and store.

Military Events and Recruitment?
Our military customers go for our Industrial products because they need heavy duty shelter that will perform for many years. They often order our largest models – 4m x 6m and 4m x 8m.
Printing is very important for recruitment events and to promote individual regiments and squadrons. A regimental badge to the roof panels and squadron name printed on the valance is often ordered.
We can Pantone match any colour with digital printing. This is really important when Military Brand Guidelines must be adhered to. For example with the RAF “Blue”.
Market Traders?
Market Traders require the most robust and durable products. They are in use on a weekly or even daily basis and require extensive handling. For this reason, our Industrial Gazebos are the best option and pitches are rented in a few different sizes. The 3m x 3m is a good choice.
We highly recommend our metal weights for Market Traders for extra stability. Most markets pitch on hard ground where the guy ropes are unusable.
School Events?
Our gazebos are very popular for school sports days and Summer fetes. The Commercial is best as it is heavy duty, waterproof and flame retardant. It’s a good idea to go for several 3m x 3m or 3m x 4.5m shelters that can be transported and stored easily. These products can be joined together with our range of Joining products to provide one seamless shelter.
