How to Order a Printed Gazebo

How do I Order a Printed Gazebo?
This is a question we get asked a lot. Ordering a printed gazebo or any of our printed products – flags, banners, chairs – can seem daunting. We thought it may be helpful to write a set of simple stages to help our customers get started. Here are 5 easy steps to ordering your printed gazebo:

1. Pick a size, colour and model.

Size – Think about what you are putting in the Gazebo. If you are sheltering people, how many? If you are using your gazebo to protect equipment or vehicles, consider the size of the items. You may be a Catering company so think about the dimensions of your equipment. It is worth remembering that the bigger the gazebo, the heavier it is. Ask yourself – who will be lifting/transporting this Gazebo and what vehicle do they have?

Colour – Pick a base colour that will enhance your logo and allow it to stand out. For example, if your logo is predominantly blue or black, choose a lighter or totally contrasting colour canopy/wall set.

Model – This depends mainly on the type of usage your shelter will get. We recommend Commercial or Industrial Gazebos for printing – longer lasting and better value for money long term. For regular, seasonal use, go for the Commercial. For all year use throughout the seasons, consider the Industrial.

2. Choose a Type of Printing – Vinyl or Digital.

Consider:
Intention – For maximum corporate impact, go for Digital printing. Print to all areas with no restrictions in whatever colour you choose. For simple identification and recognition, vinyl printing is perfect.
Budget – Digital printing is more costly overall but can often be the most cost effective option. For example, a digital 3m x 3m canopy is cheaper than applying vinyl print to more than a couple of roof/valance areas.
Time – You have to allow a bit of extra time for digital printing – up to 14 working days. Vinyl prints are turned around in up to 7 working days.

3. Supply Logo files.

Send your logo in vector format. This is a layered file that has been mathematically converted to ensure perfect quality when enlarged for printing. It is either a pdf, svg, ai or eps file. If you don’t have the logo in vector format, we can re-draw your logo for a small fee – usually £24. You will then have this to keep for future use.
Advise print layout and text details.

4. Place order and pay.

Payment with Order. We must have payment with the order before we go to print.

5. Approve artwork.

We prepare an artwork proof that you will need to approve before the order is printed.
When your order is ready to dispatch, we call you to arrange delivery.
